1. Salon Stratégie Clients

The B2B trade show Relation Client is one of the key events of the year. You will meet the decision-makers in customer relationship management over the two-days. 2. Viva Technology

Launched in 2016, Viva Technology (or Viva Tech) is an exhibition which goes beyond customer relationship management and is dedicated to technological innovation and start-ups. Viva Tech is organised by the Les Échos and Publicis groups and aims to be the showcase of French innovations in Europe and globally. Regardless of the sector, you will find all the latest trends and digital innovations from French start-up companies invited by large enterprises through innovation challenges. There will be 5,000 young start-up companies attracting more than 45,000 visitors.

3. Gala de la relation client 7

Location: Pavillon d’Armenonville, Paris

Format: Gala, networking dinner, prize-giving ceremony

This gala event, running for 10 years already, brings together the principal directors working in customer relationship management and the customer experience. Organised by the Agora des directeurs de la relation client (a user group of key directors working in customer relationship management), this gala highlights innovation implemented by large enterprises. This is also a forum to gather information on best practice relating to the strategic improvement of customer experience across all sectors.

4. 24 heures de la Relation Client

Location: Paris

Format: A prize-giving ceremony and a networking cocktail event

During the 24-hours of the show, decision-makers from large enterprises and start-ups, working in the customer relationship management ecosystem, will meet together for one day.

Organised by AFRC, this medium-sized event is a forum for rewarding the best teams of French professionals each year and to shine a light on the best digital products of the year.

5. Hub Forum

Location: Maison de la Mutualité, Paris Format : Conferences, presentations

With more than 3,000 exhibitors, 100 speakers and around 24 workshops, this is the first 100% conference-led event. It allows large enterprises as well as start-ups to present their innovations in customer experience, digital transformation or digital marketing. Taking place over two days, the event encourages networking and offers the opportunity to take advantage of seeing best practice in the marketplace.

6. Les Palmes de la Relation Client

Format: Prize-giving ceremony

Les Palmes de la Relation Client is an annual prize-giving ceremony which recognises the best decision-makers in customer relationship management. There are six awards to be given out including a new Best Young Entrant which recognises start-ups. With more than 700 professionals in attendance, the award ceremony highlights the best business initiatives in the field of customer relationship management and customer experience.

7. Customer Relationship and Marketing Meetings

Dates: 8 and 09 November 2018

Location: Cannes

Format: Exhibition stands, face-to-face meetings, conferences

This event attracts professionals from customer relationship management and digital marketing. It is organised by the same company that runs the Salon Stratégies Clients at the Porte de Versailles and attracts more than 200 exhibitors who are, in the main, the same companies who attend the event in Paris. The main difference is that this event encourages face-to-face meetings with senior decision-makers.
